Together they witnessd epic events in history like the kennedy assasination and WWII. They started dating when Harry was 24 and he saw 19 year-old Barbara walk pass him in her high heels while he was playing tennis.

So to all those unbelievers....hope this gives you hope!

I don't really have anything to write about. Actually, I have a few things on my mind and I just cant chose which thing to write about. I wish I had my journal to write in, but I guess everyone..or anyone, will have to bear my idle thoughts today because I am at work without my little journal.
How can I find the balance between trusting God to give me the desires of my heart and stepping out to take care of things on my own?
If anyone has the asnwer....please let me know. =(

Now is the time to reach for your dreams and to dream. We grow up hearing that so as I write that to myself it seems so cliche. But its true. Tomorrow is not promised to anyone. Tomorrow you will be a day older. If your living your dreams today, dont forget to enjoy it. We can spend so much time and effort reaching a goal and creating new dreams that we dont even notice when we pass by our dream.

Don't ever be afraid to make a move that you know is right and okay, its easy to let the fear of what other will think hold you back.

Because after you decide not to move, because you are scared of what others will think, it won't be long before remorse inevitably follows.

Right now I am still sick since my last post...this is unheard of in my life. I am never sick. I also cant smell or taste anything since last night. One of the worst things for me would be to live with out taste buds. I would probably be ridiculously skinny, but to not taste food! ....That would be tragic! I hope it goes away soon =(

Aren't men awesome? LOL....I mean like, guys are so amazing. Real men are. They are strong, straightforward, bold, protective. I think every girl needs a good man in her life. A father, brother, boyfriend, husband etc. I think that there is so much of God in men. A good man will remind you of God I think. You will feel protected, admired, precious, loved, secure, beautiful...all those wonderful things we were made to feel as daughters of a King. So my prayer today for all girls is that you would find that awesome guy in your life. That the guy in your life right now, that may not be too awesome, but is still that guy in your life...God would make him awesome for you. Because you deserve it. Love always, Sasha.

I actually have a cold. I can't believe it, I am never sick. I just want to feel 100% again! But anyways....

So I am learning about peace. Who learns about peace, right? Well I am learning about it because I am realizing how much I need it, and how so few people actually ever enjoy it. If it wasn't for God, I do not think that I would ever have real peace. He has shown me what true peace is, but more importanly, he has shown me that I can have it...everyday. Sasha's crash course on peace: Peace is a fruit of the Spirit. So when the Holy Spirit is with you, these are one of those amazing little benefits. But even though peace is given to you, you also need to pursue it. Why? Because the enemy came to steal. Yes your peace can be taken from you. Make whatever changes need to be done so that your life and mind are at peace. Cling to the word of God that constantly declares that peace was given to you by Jesus. And most of all, avoid crossing the sea of doubt and just get on your boat called BELIEVE. Its so simple, I want to call it magic. Your mind is so powerful. Choose to believe and not doubt. Believe that peace is yours. Believe that you can have peace everyday of your life. Believe that it was given to you to enjoy, so use it.

So as I send my thoughts into the borderless world of the internet, expecting no one to read them but myself in 2011 when I decide to write again, here it goes:

I walked my friends wedding on Saturday. Shes been with her boyfriend for 8 years. They started dating when she was 14 and he was 16. They both married as virgins. I know, you dont believe it right? I wouldn't either but its true. It was so beautiful to be in the presence of true love, which is why I think it was one of the most memorable ceremonies that I have ever been too. Its amazing the power of love, right? It teaches people to wait for things that are worth waiting for. It makes people feel on top of the world. It gives people hope....it gives so much.

The night before I was with her as she was writing her vows. She had two notebooks full of love letters that they have been exchanging over the past 8 years. So for all those out there who may have given up on love, pick hope back up again. Even if you haven't had the best examples around you, it has no determining factor on your life. Hold fast.
